Family owned and operated since 1975, Commodity Sampling & Services supports coffee and cocoa businesses with independent sampling, grading, surveys, inspections, audits, and collateral verification. For more than 50 years, our licensed master samplers and graders have provided practical evidence and clear reporting to clients throughout the trade.

I joined Commodity Sampling & Services after college, working for my uncle, Chick Ferrara, who founded the company. After learning the trade alongside him for several years, I took over the business in 1999.
